Possible ban reasion

So today I got a dm from a friend. He told me that an co-owner of a server supported pedophilia. I was going to make a report about it but I wanted to check if its a good enough reason to report someone for. The person I wanted to report is Veldaren#8305 and their id is 378486091449237504
