Suggestion: Members can look at the Welcome Screen and Membership Screening again after accepting

Welcome Screen and Membership Screening Suggestion:

I notice that after you accept the rules for membership Screening or close the Welcome Screen, you can no longer go back to the screens. It would be cool if members were able to have another peek at the Welcome and membership screens as many times as they'd like. Whether that be rereading the VC Rules or suggested channels to go to.

    So many channels available, it'd be handy to have the list of main ones be available more than once
