Discord Group Chat | Permissions

It's pretty self explanatory. It's annoying having the owner to go online to kick people and stuff like that, so a minor detail but would make life a lot easier if you can give people permissions in group chat to kick people and stuff. Minor suggestion, but could be helpful.
