Disabled Account Out Of Nowhere

I was hanging out in a office waiting discord for a rp server for FiveM. All of a sudden I was kicked from the server and 2 seconds later forced to log out of my discord and now it says, " Your Account Has Been Disabled". I have no clue on what's going on but I know I was doing nothing against discord TOS. I wasn't even talking in the discord because the office is a quiet environment. Can someone, if you know, let me know what's going on because I've got important shit on my discord.

    My account was disabled for sending too many DMs at a time inviting friends to a raid group, and now mine keeps getting reset over and over again after I already got back in after they disabled it, so I feel you.
