Instead of making us use hotkeys just add a scroll to the server list. Seriously, I was so certain this was a bug I submitted a support ticket and even your support staff didn't know that it was intentionally left off, they had me doing clean reinstalls, switching to the public test build, they were as sure that this was a problem as I was and never even mentioned hot keys. This is the dumbest design feature I've ever seen, I don't want to hop from channel to channel I want to scroll and click on the one I'm looking for and it shouldn't be that difficult.
