Images with Transparent Background

I posted a transparent image, literally yesterday and when I sent it again today, it just wasn't transparent. I just want transparent backgrounds back, is it too much to ask for?

It may because of image extension, check if it is png if it isn't a png and it is like jpg it makes sense :) that's how it works :)
