I can't log in and even discord doesn't send what it should

I log in via my account, and I see in the email: A new login location has been detected, look in the email. There is nothing in email or spam. When I click on 'Forgot password', a six-digit code is sent to my phone number. Nothing, I'm waiting for about 2 minutes, so I'll give 'Resubmit' nothing will happen (maybe something will happen but nothing will change for me).
