Downloads shouldn't need to go through a browser.

Downloading a file sends you over to the browser. That's great if discord's running in a browser, but the desktop app should be able to download and track downloads itself. Especially because we might have different apps routed through different NICs.

A simple download window would go a lot towards making the interface more consistent.
