List Roles Without Pinging or Highlighting

Allow server admins to tag roles without pinging or highlighting that message for anyone who has those roles. For example, in an information channel, I would like to be able to list some roles and their description, without having that entire message highlighted, or pinging everyone. There used to be a way around this issue before, but it doesn't work anymore after an update a few months ago.
