Ability to play discord on speaker automatically (or easier)

Need an ability to be able to put discord voice chat on speaker automatically or an easier way. At the moment I have to do it through apple’s control centre which is like 4 clicks and super annoying as when you want to join a voice call, you want it to automatically be playing through the speaker. You miss when people say hi to you because you are pressing 4 buttons to turn speaker on
