Add option to start a group DM with the people in a voice channel

If I'm in a voice channel, I'd love to be able to right-click on the channel and select "Start group DM with voice participants". This button would function similar to the "New Group DM" button on the friends screen, and would suggest an existing DM if there is one.

  As someone who uses both VC and Group DMs regurarly, this feature would be a life saver. No more needing to create a #i-have-no-mic channel.
