Discord and Microsoft

Allow me to humbly request, here and now, that Discord NOT allow Microsoft to absorb and ruin them as they did Skype.  We (my group of friends and acquaintances through the multiple games I play) abandoned skype after microsoft bought it, fundamentally changed everything we liked and did not listen when we asked for change, and now none of us use it.  If Discord sells it's soul to Microsoft, I'll stop using the platform then and there, as will most of those I meet in the games I play, as most of us are of a similar mindset. 

We TRIED Microskype.  We hated it.  Microsoft has given us 0 indication that they'd do any differently with Discord, so I will not use it if Microsoft gets their grubby, greedy mitts all over it.
