allow the same phone number to be used on the same discord account more than once

the title says it all, while yes I understand it's a security feature it would really help out people like me who put their phone onto a different account and when they tried to put it back they couldn't

    Amazing idea! they should also remove the cooldown saying "This phone number was used recently". If I were a Discord worker, I would request to add this immediately.
