Discord support is so slow

I got my account disabled a week ago. I sent a request, an appeal a week ago. I got unbanned before the appeal was even read and replied. How has discord which has been operating for over 5 years still not have a live chat or a decent support system?

    imagine that well over a million people have questions, problems, and so on. Support is not enough, they used to answer me within five minutes, but now I'm waiting a month. If you want to deactivate the account, go to settings and delete the account.
