Text to speech accessibility

Please add more options for text to speech.
The "for all channels" option would be perfect, since i don't have to check every channel for a message, but there is no option to only enable it for certain servers.

It doesn't make sense to receive notifications from servers/channels that I have muted.
Unless I made separate accounts for every server, the "for all channels" is currently useless.
