Splitting up Manage Message Permissions
It would be really helpful to split manage messages into permission to pin messages and permission to delete messages, and to have a separate permission for being immune to slowmode. I’ve been in public servers where it’s helpful for everybody to be able to pin and regulate messages, but where we would also like a slowmode. We don’t have the option to do all of these, which has been frustrating!

I agree, I feel we need this too. I want to be able to give people the ability to pin messages without being able to delete each other's messages.
