Let us mark a voice channel to show in Active Now regardless of members.

I have a few servers where I like to join voice calls if they're present, and I'd love it if I could just look at Active Now on the friends page to see when those calls are active. This way, when Discord first starts up, I can, at a glance, pick an active call I want to be in.

Seeing the favorite channel request (link below), that's not quite what I'm after, but if implemented, I'd like to see favorite channels there, too!
