Why can't I rearrange my servers?

Why can't I rearrange my servers while using Discord via web browser, specifically Firefox on Win10?  I also can't take servers out of folders, but I can drop them into folders.  Have to open up the PC app to rearrange them or take them out of folders, very inconvenient.
