Blocking still does not function properly

The block function is currently less than useless. Not only can users that I block still see my messages and posts, but I also still get notifications when they post.

Having their messages appear as "blocked" is a non solution. If somebody is being enough of a nuisance to block them, I really don't want to even know that they're posting. I want their messages to be completely invisible to me; and I want my messages to be completely invisible to them.

If somebody is being horrible to me, I do not want them to be able to see what I am posting, especially images of art or anything else that I am posting. I should be able to revoke their access to seeing my posts, like I can on almost any other platform.

Please fix this. This is a feature that people have been asking for for over two years. I understand that it might cause some difficulty with moderation, but in the case of server moderators it can be handled differently for on-server messages. This feature working properly is important for the health and safety of your users, please fix it.
