Entering a call causes lag

Every time I enter a call (from servers) My discord freezes out of nowhere and only unfreezes when someone talks or when I disconnect from the call (thanks to the fact that I can disconnect it with the app)

Someone helps me to solve or if it is from the same discord I do not know but help me please it is very annoying
