[Feature request]: Mark member mentions with gold in an embed

Hello there discord,

This feature request kindly requests discord to give an indication that you were mentioned in an embed (since embeds currently does not notify members that they were mentioned, however, an indication would do nicely) like a gold outline , fill, or some other way. Though mentions in embeds like all other mentions (with notifications) would be cool too (with the gold indication of course).

This feature would mostly be used by bots. Mentioning members in embeds instead of replying with said member's username while replying to a command that, say for example: displays a leaderboard, or something close to it that mass mentions members.

This feature feels like a much needed feature not just for myself, but for a great number of people. I can't speak for everyone else but I am sure people will like it.
