User Color Management

Similarly to how someone can change their nickname, why not let them pick a color to display from their given roles? This to me makes sense because it allows for more flexible, per server personalization, keeps the existing system of a top role being the user's color (by default), and can be easily integrated with existing menus and features to allow further personalization (and to remove annoying color roles from servers).
