I want both accounts reinstated

Hi for some reason I was banned for loli nsfw again for the same account KannaDolly and Mountain Dew Anime Girl account but for KannaDolly it was same day as last year. 7 days are left before deletion and I have alot of friends on there. If anyone from human discord support can answer my tickets or answer here and reinstate both of my accounts. I truly am sorry
