Add an option to hide the time at which the messages were sent in Streamer Mode.

Although the timing of the messages is a very minor detail to be noticed by someone while streaming if someone is smart enough, he/she may look upon the timing of the message and with the help of that, the time zone/country of the person streaming can be known. Some people are hesitant to share their location especially in the case of unknown people, so it will be a great feature to look upon.
