People Seeing Your Messages

I think it would be cool to tell if I'm being ghosted or not. The only thing this would add is in a private DM you can see whether the person has seen your message or not.

    Read receipts are quite firmly rejected by some of the founding principles of Discord, and as you may see from other (quite recent) feedback posts, there appears to still be a general concensus within the community on this point.

    As a personal recommendation, I advise that you confront whomever you believe is ignoring your messages and try to resolve the issues you may have with openness and honesty. Read receipts are an indirect treatment of the symptom—and not a very effective one when one can preview messages via notifications.
