Hourglass icon on Android mobile app

Hello, I feel like this icon isn't very self-explanatory. It doesn't show up on the desktop version (I use the PTB if that matters) but it does on my android phone right below the DM's button.

It acts like a folder, that I can toggle open and closed but I can't select the discord server inside. What does it mean?
