Channel lock

I think it would be helpful for server admins and mods if there was an option to lock channels in their position and/or category. Just a simple lock/unlock button for channel or category. Would prevent admins from accidentally moving channels when they don't want to. I know it's probably uncommon as is, but it's definitely possible to do that by accident on desktop!
