Add AMOLED Dark Mode to PC

Add the AMOLED mode for PC, please. I use it on my cell phone and I think it's wonderful. I'd love to see it on the PC too.

  Me too! BetterDiscord can do that but it is against TOS, so I am attempting to stay away.
