If the URL encoding is EUC-JP, "href" will be omitted.

I am having the same problem.
Discord fails to give the href attribute when it receives a non-UTF-8 URL encoding.I contacted them more than 6 months ago and got a reply that the development is working on a fix, but still this issue is not resolved.
