Own Discord storage servers

Redefining the storage of files and media, as well as voice messages, to their own Discord servers, to avoid slow downloads, blocking from a third-party storage server, and also to provide more control over them in cases of violation of platform rules. That is, I propose to store absolutely all information on our own servers.
