Someone is using a fake username to pose as me on Discord

Literally, someone is using a fake account by using my Twitch username on Discord and IRL picture that they got from my social media. I reported them on Discord, but I don't think they did anything because that same fake user showed up on my Discord Server but I had to block and ban them. Can Discord help and take serious action on my request?
