Discord and PlayStation streams & Activities

I do not know whether this is possible or not but I think it'd be cool if Playstation users could watch streams from other platforms and be able to stream their games to other platforms as well. I am even less sure about them being able to join Discord activities and how it'll work but it would be cool if it were possible.
