Remove enforced nicknames from other servers

Discord should remove disabling nicknames permission because it turns out cyber bullying for users in other servers. Some admins change others nicknames into a different ones that they don't appreciate it much and lock it from changing it. So please Discord, if you want to make the community a better place, for the love of god remove the disabling nicknames permission feature, it coud turn out great for others. Thank you.
