Implement Folders for our Favorited GIFs

Discord can give us a god-awful naming system because "its better for users" or whatever, but after years of many users complaining, we still don't have GIF folders for us to organize our favourite GIFs? Very annoying.

So I'm asking for the implementation of GIF folders, allowing users to organize their favourited GIFs into different folders, in a similar fashion to how another user suggested 3 years ago.

I think implementing this would greatly benefit the vast majority of users, and would really like to see it sometime in the near future.
