Need to add whisper voice chat

Other VOIP programs have a function where you can set a keybind that allows you to speak directly to other users in a server or channel without your voice broadcasting to the whole channel. This is a feature that I believe would only serve to improve the user experience within the Discord App and I fail to understand why the company has not yet added it to the program. Please do something about this.

  For the love of GOD, add this function. It can't be that tough can it? Users have been begging for this for years.
