Discord must take very seriously when it comes to block any adult content by default ?
Also, in order to grant access to adult content, launching ID required is absolutely necessary to make sure the user is 18+ or over the age of majority (either 18+, 19+, 20+ or 21+) in their location to grant access to adult content and to restrict minors from viewing adult content to keep us safe.

Like when sign up to Discord, if they are underage, they will be redirected to Discord Kids app.
With parental control feature such as time limit, restrict content, restrict friend list, sharing information, etc. 
Messages includes text messages, emojis, attachments, images,  doodle (drawing), games, etc.
