@everyone role to be hidden only except to server admin or mod as a feature

So I noticed everyone in servers says that not everyone wants to be pinged at the @everyone role in a server and usually when someone does for no reason they get into trouble (because it's not emergency) so what if when someone made a role for someone to be admin or mod for the option to be invisible to anyone below a mod or admin rank or role in the server until A mod or admin or owner role in the server activated it for an announcement but when an announcement isn't done the @everyone role is left hidden from other members except mods admin or staff roles like how certain permissions can be hidden from people inside a server channel why not have the same option for roles for them to be hidden in a server until activated by like an announcement by staff or admins in a server
