Blocked messages should stop sending unread indicator.

Blocked people are blocked for a reason, we don't want to see their messages.
And it gets quite annoying when I see an unread indicator on a server/channel, think someone wants to talk about something, only to see it's that guy I blocked for posting weird stuff being weird again.

Blocked messages still showing up in chat is another issue, but this one's even more infuriating, at least for me.

Please change this.
