Avatar improvements

Suggestions for avatars:

👉 add different shapes
👉 allow the portrait shape to cut the avatar accordingly
👉 change position to status icon to avoid covering the avatar
👉 allow disabling the status indicator

Some users' avatars that I analyzed with Firefox developers tools weren't cropped, because Discord doesn't do it by default with its avatar utility when you choose it, it actually stays a square “beneath" the circular portrait unless you crop it with another tool before applying it as your Discord profile avatar. Since I wanted to exclude some details from mine I simply used Avatar Cropper, an online avatar cropping tool. I also edited my own avatar to show you my third idea, this 👇 is the current status indicator

and this 👇 is the improved version.

In my idea the status indicator doesn't cover the avatar at all 😎.

  Only the first one can be a Nitro feature, the second one is a privacy feature and the third one is an accessibility improvement.
