Make Custom Emojis in a Bio Count as One Character

The character limit is currently 190 characters. Because of how Discord reads custom emojis, adding one to your bio uses at least 25 of those characters.

 It'd be amazing if custom emojis could only count as a single character to allow better profile customisation.
