Vencord - Discord hacking tools!

The last thing I want to do is advertise this as it will only cause more people to seek it out, but I really don't know where else to bring this up.
I am really annoyed right now. I have been sent screenshots by a member of my Discord server showing me hidden channels that he does not have access too on my server. I asked him how he was able to see the private channels and he told me about Vencord. It appears to be a 3rd party plugin set for Discord and it gives you many many options that include being able to see hidden channels that they do not have access too! I run a server with over 160 members and we have set of private text and voice channels made for leadership of our games guild, and now it appears that people can see this kind of stuff when then should not be able to? He also mentions, as you can see in the screenshot below that you get free Nitro as well!
Please get somebody to look into this as it is a major security issue in my opinion.

That's really not a big deal, they can't see the messages in the channel they can only see that the channels exist.
