False Disabled account

My account was randomly disabled for being under 13? I’m not under 13 nor have i EVER stated i’m under the age of 13, i already submitted a support ticket with my highschool ID (that includes my DOB + face) to confirm that i’m not <13 a little over 2 weeks ago and i haven’t gotten an email back.

  IT MAKES ME CRAZY AND ANNOYED
  IMPOSSIBLE TO STAY CALM WITH THIS 100 % UNFAIR SITUATION
