Add the ability to temporarily mute/time out yourself

Hello!

I'd like the ability to time myself out in a server for a pre-set period of time.

I struggle with certain topics that make me very angry, and leaving the server until it blows over is not viable as a server administration staff due to permission fixing every time it happens.

Being able to mute myself so i cannot engage with the situation would be very helpful.
