Server domain verification

Add an option to show to users that a Discord server is associated with a domain name as a possible alternative/addition the verification program. Server owners would be able to set a domain name after setting up a DNS TXT record such as “discord-server-verification=<Discord server ID>” or similar. After verifying that it's set the domain name could be shown under the server name, or perhaps above the “Server Guide” link (and clicking it would show some additional info about how verification works etc.).

For example, a server owned by Example would set their verified domain to example.com.
