Individual Permissions For Forum Posts

It would be great to have individual forum posts have individual permissions, the use case our community is finding is having member application posts that the community votes on before membership is allowed, but we don't want any member to be able to view their post once they become a member.
 

Example:

User A wants to join the server, mod makes a forum post about them
User B and C interact with User A, and go to User A's recruitment post and vote

User A becomes member

User A can now see the forum with new member applications, but cannot see their own membership post
