Prettier Discord Profile URLs

If one wants to link directly to their Discord profile, it can be accomplished using the User ID for the profile ( e.g. https://discord.com/users/164190927798272000 ).

I would like to be able to use a simpler URL which includes the username ( e.g. discord.com/users/@Seathre ).

Because sometimes you want to link directly to your Discord profile on other socials.
