Fast track reporting

I believe that Discord would struggle without the participation of users in reporting and that users, without incentive, are less likely to actually report things that are against community guidelines and ToS, so I suggest a sort of “fast track” reporting system.

This would mostly be a sort of exclusive program where users who are known to actually write quality reports that get accepted most of if not all of the time and thus their reports are prioritized so that more quality reports and dealt with faster.

This percentage of accepted reports would be up to Discord staff and this would hopefully aid in Discords moderation efforts and help build the relationship between Discord moderators and users and thus Discord and its relationship with its users.

This program would also hopefully include something such as a badge for being apart of the program that can be toggled on and off as yet another incentive for doing so, and this program would also hopefully include a separate page in user settings for quick access to user statistics and the percentage of accepted reports as a whole.

This program could also hold an exclusive discord server for moderators and users who are apart of the program to receive updates and communicate with each other on matters relating to the program.
