Member Audio Channel Splitting / Stereo Balance

Implement: a Left (L) and Right (R) audio channel split/balance for individual users, ideally with UI slider similar to most OS channel sliders, that allow L and R positioning of a channel-member's voice.

This would be invaluable in "talk-over" situations where two channel members taking at the same time blend into incoherence.  L and R audio channel implementation would allow clear comprehension of two or more voices speaking at the same time based on their perceived directionality.
