Support ignoring my ticket for almost 2 months now
For context, one of my servers was raided almost two months ago (16th of November) and i've reported, and got in touch with support right away. I provided evidence including a video of a call where users, that raided the said server, admited to raiding my server. Was something done? No, their server where they discused and planned the raid was not deleted neither were their accounts disabled. Like they did nothing wrong, no punishments were given to them despite the convincing evidence. Oh by the way, they were also rasict during the raid and i have screenshoted it all and sent it to the support too. Not a single footprint or evidence we could collect and send was missed. Yet it still taking them almost now over 2 months to even lift a finger and almost a month to reply to my first email after they responded.

Is there anything remotely resembling “support” here? For one, I could not see. This is the only place I could post my problem and I am not expecting an answer to be perfectly honest.
