Discord supports are actual bots

So i lost my nitro progress recenly because it automatically cancelled itself ,i opened a ticket asking why my server boost is cancelled without notification,i prolonged my nitro to evolve the badge,they kept giving me the reply stating i cancelled my own boost and refused to answer me why it automatically cancelled eventhough i prolonged my nitro before it ended and closed my ticket after 2 weeks of same replies,what a joke.

  Honestly, I wish there was a law (at least here in the USA) that mandates 100% human reviews for every support review (no offense to the moderation team at large though…).

  That would certainly helped a lot,because the same support told me they sent my ticket to support team like 2 times in 2 week time span,and the result is the same which make me came into conclusion they are either bot or just don't care.
